The International Christian School of Benin is corporate by the African Association of International Schools, in Charlotte North Carolina U.S.A., as a nonprofit Organization.

It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges in Philadelphia, U.S.A.; the Association of Christian Schools International, U.S.A. and the Commission on Regional and Trans-regional Accreditation. These standards are used as a tool for school wide evaluation to raise the level, as high as possible.

Mission Statement

- To exist as a private co-educational school composed of parents, teachers and students.
- To provide an American accredited curriculum  from NPK to grade 12.
- To hire qualified faculty to execute effective school programs.
- To control the quality of educational programs.
